Classified as Group I lubricants, the Everclear B150 and B200 base oils boast a high flash point that exceeds 390°F, allowing for high operating temperatures. These oils can be used on any form of machinery, from drills to hydraulics.

For businesses that lack the means to produce their own metalworking lubricant, Everclear of Ohio offers a line of industrial-grade metalworking oils at an affordable rate. Everclear metalworking products are specifically designed to allow heavy machinery to operate smoothly and effectively, even at extreme temperatures. Among these oils, Everclear offers a lubricant for screw machines, metalworking lathes, and other equipment designed for the precise machining of relatively hard materials such as plastics and alloys. In addition, Everclear developed a cutting fluid for heavy-duty cutting machines such as milling machines and drill presses, keeping them cool and lubricated and washing away swarf debris.

Everclear of Ohio develops these lubricants, as well as its fuel and motor oil, at its refinery in Youngstown. First, Everclear picks up used oils from businesses located within a 500-mile radius of the refinery, focusing on the tri-state area that encompasses Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Erie, and Wheeling. The company accepts nonhazardous materials including water-soluble oils, transmission oil, coolants, diesel fuel, jet fuel, kerosene, and motor oil. Next, Everclear samples and separates the used fluids and lubricants, processing them extensively before sending them to the refinery. Everclear either blends the oil for automotive use, re-blends it for metalworking use, or simply extracts the base oil for use as described above. Everclear can also refine the oil into fuel for use at industrial factories.
